Case 1

Fault cause:    Fuel lines have air.

Fault character:    Mechanical failure

Handling method:    Fuel line exhaust air

Failure analysis:    China III vehicles adopt the common rail system, the oil road exhaust air is relatively difficult, often operators feel the air is clean, the actual still is not completely clean. According to the actual use case, the oil pump should be released from the oil and bolts to exhaust the air. Case 2

Fault symptom:    Both starter and engine have normal starting speed, but not fire. 

Fault cause:    The diesel pipeline or oil and water separator is blocked.

Fault character:    Mechanical failure

Handling method:     Clean the diesel pipeline or oil and water separator, discharge water from the water separator, replace when necessary, and finally air the oil road thoroughly.

Fault character:    Mechanical failure

 Handling method:    Re install the oil pump or replace the matching flywheel.

Failure analysis:    This usually occurs in the engine of the pump or flywheel, and the oil pump has to be properly installed for the engine (such as the 6DL1 III machine) that is required to install the oil pump, in addition, if you replace the flywheel, you must use the original flywheel with a signal induction hole.

Case 4

Handling method:    Re install (turn off the power)
